Today's pre sehri qahwa ajwain wala
Sehri 40 g roti 1 shami 2 spoon egg wala salan
4 spoon yogurt add 1 spoon chia seeds
Tea without sugar half cup
Water 4 glass
Iftar 2 dates Pani
1 bowl lobia salad 50 g lobia 1 cucumber 1 carrot 1 onion add 2 spoon yogurt green chatni
After that take 1 orange ๐
Dinner 30 g roti chicken Ka salan 2 spoon gravy 2 botia
Now I take 1 cup tea with out sugar
At night take qahwa
insha'Allah doing workout
Walk after sehri 10 mints
Before iftar 15 mints
After iftar 10 mints
