Assalam o Alikum Today's pre sehri qahwa ajwain wala Sehri 40 g roti 1 shami 2 spoon egg wala salan 4 spoon yogurt add 1 spoon chia seeds Tea without sugar half cup Water 4 glass Iftar 2 dates Pani 1 bowl lobia salad 50 g lobia 1 cucumber 1 carrot 1 onion add 2 spoon yogurt green chatni After that take 1 orange ๐ŸŠ Dinner 30 g roti chicken Ka salan 2 spoon gravy 2 botia Now I take 1 cup tea with out sugar At night take qahwa insha'Allah doing workout Walk after sehri 10 mints Before iftar 15 mints After iftar 10 mints

Assalam o Alikum Pre sehri warm water with chia seeds Sehri oats 4 spoon 1 spoon chia seeds 1 khajoor 1 cup milk low fat 1 spoon mix seeds tea half cup with out sugar Iftar 2 dates Pani Half Pali dahi pholki add 59 g lobia After prayer this plate is my dinner 1 pakora b liya tha 1 hour miss nazneen exercise class at 1:00 pm After iftar and sehri do walk 10,15 mints After Isha insha'Allah walk Karo gi 45 mints

Pre sehri chia seeds water Sehri oats ,5 spoon 1 spoon chia seeds milk skimmed 1 cup 1 spoon mix seeds 1 khajoor with tea without sugar Iftar 1 khajoor plain water 1 bowl sada half cup add red beans 1 cucumber 2 small carrots 1 onion ๐Ÿง… cabbage thori SE 1 tamatar ya Pura bowl phla iftar ma khta half phr half yahi dinner ma with basen Ka masla 3 spoon tha wo 1 teaspoon oil ma Bana na khaya Tea without sugar li Now take qahwa No any physical activity Sehri Ka bad 10 mint walk ki Iftar SA phla 10 mint walk ki That's it

๐ŸŒ™ Al-Malik โ€” The King, The Absolute Owner Al-Malik (ูฑู„ู’ู…ูŽู„ููƒ) means The King. Not a king of a country. Not a ruler of a time. But the absolute Sovereign โ€” the One who owns the heavens, the earth, the seen and the unseen. Everything you see. Everything you touch. Everything you love. Belongs to Him. Your wealth? His. And one day, Al-Malik will ask: - How did you use the body I gave you? - How did you treat the parents I entrusted to you? - How did you raise the children I placed in your care? - How did you protect the health I blessed you with? - How did you use the time I wrote for you? When you truly understand Al-Malik, anxiety reduces. Because you stop clinging. And you start caring. There is a difference. Clinging says: This is mine, I canโ€™t lose it. Tawakkul says: It was never mine. I will honor it while I have it. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Your Fitness Journey Through the Lens of Al-Malik Your body is not a decoration. It is not just for aesthetics. It is not just for social media validation. It is an amanah from Al-Malik. If He owns it โ€” Then neglecting it is betrayal. Abusing it is injustice. Strengthening it is gratitude. You donโ€™t train because you hate your body. You train because it was gifted to you. You donโ€™t eat clean because youโ€™re obsessed. You eat clean because you are protecting what belongs to The King. You donโ€™t discipline your sleep, habits, and mindset for ego. You do it because you will answer for it. Your strength is not yours. Your discipline is not yours. Even your ability to change โ€” is from Him. So ask Him. ๐Ÿ•Š Stop Asking Small Al-Malik owns everything. Why are you asking small? Ask for: - A disciplined body. - Rizq with barakah. - Strong Imaan. - Righteous children. - A heart free from ego. - Jannah.
