Sehri oats 4 spoon 1 spoon chia seeds 1 khajoor 1 cup milk low fat 1 spoon mix seeds tea half cup with out sugar
Iftar 2 dates Pani
Half Pali dahi pholki add 59 g lobia
After prayer this plate is my dinner
1 pakora b liya tha
1 hour miss nazneen exercise class at 1:00 pm
After iftar and sehri do walk 10,15 mints
After Isha insha'Allah walk Karo gi 45 mints
