Breakfast:1 glass water,1 brown bread with fried egg & cup of tea without sugar.
Lunch: 40 gram roti with beef salan.
Dinner: chicken biryani with raita.
Protein in every meal ✅ fiber before lunch ✅ water 2.5 liter ✅ outdoor walk for 45 minutes ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅
