Alhamdulillh I m fine now so started following my diet plan ,woke up late so had breakfast late
2 eggs with vegetables and oats ragi roti
After 1 hour tea with stevia
2 liters of water
Did treadmill 30 minutes with 6 incline 4 speed
Burn 450 calories
Dinner was mash daal with boiled egg salad and oats ragi roti
Feeling great after following my diet plan again & motivated to achieve my goal 😊
Already lost 1.5 kg in one month even though I haven’t follow everything because I went for umrah & than I got sick 🤒
