Hi for day 1 had brunch 3 eggs omelette with onione and tomato with less oil and tori salen with protein bread 2l water for dinner salad and chicken with white rice for snack apple and popcorn did workout and one hour walk Day 2 brunch one pitta naan with aloo palak with 3 boil eggs for dinner one roti with chicken curry with salad and 2l water one cup green tea and melon and apple for snack one hour work and 20 miny workout
