Hi day 7 did workout with 10k steps and 2L water pulao with chicken and sabzi for dinner eggs and apple greek yogurt for breakfast Today 2 boil.eggs Greek yogurt for lunch and dinner boil rice salad sabzi and chana daal with chicken 2L water 10k steps 20 mint strength training 8 hour sleep less screen time

Hi had breakfast 3 eggs with chicken snack had apple afternoon 6 table spoon pulao with chicken amd riata had one cupcake for dinner one bread with aloo karela handi 8k steps 35 mint strength training 2L water
