Day 6 ✨ 🎯 My Comfort Zone Challenge: 👉Today, I challenged myself to stay focused on my research work instead of getting distracted by unnecessary phone use. 💪 Why It Was Difficult: 👉It was difficult because I often feel tempted to check my phone and take breaks while working. ✨ How I Feel After Completing It: 👉I feel proud, more disciplined, and motivated because I made good progress on my research. 📚 One Lesson I Learned: 👉Stepping out of my comfort zone, even in small ways, helps me stay productive and brings me closer to my goals.

Assalam walakum everyone . @Hadia Saif i won’t be able to post any workout this weekend , my symptoms of irregular heartbeat have started again after about 1.5 years .i had an incident today … a scary one but am fine . Alhumdulilah . Am being put on a holter machine tomorrow . So I will see how am feeling on Monday. 😕 that am unable to do the glow challenge continuously. But I’ll do as much as I can .

I cooked healthy food for my family 5 days this week. 2. I walked for 20 minutes every morning before kids woke up. 3. I cleaned one cupboard each day. Now my kitchen looks neat. 🚧 *My Biggest Challenge:* Finding time for myself. Kids and house work kept me busy. I felt tired at night. 🎯 *My 3 Commitments for Week 2:* 1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. 2. Sleep at 11 PM so I have more energy. 3. Take 10 minutes to read or sit quietly after lunch. 💙 *One Habit I'll Never Give Up:* Making breakfast for my family. It starts our day with love.
