3. I cleaned one cupboard each day. Now my kitchen looks neat.

Finding time for myself. Kids and house work kept me busy. I felt tired at night.

1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
2. Sleep at 11 PM so I have more energy.
3. Take 10 minutes to read or sit quietly after lunch.

Making breakfast for my family. It starts our day with love.
