Feeling unwell
Assalam Walakum won’t be posting for a few days.Down with a viral infection . I really wanted to fast these 9 days but am sick so can’t 😢.prayers needed .
Hi everyone ,
I was disappeared because I m going through health issues due to severe anemia and health anxiety and it’s affecting me badly and when I started here I was able to do better but due to lack of energy and physical symptoms I was not able to do much but now I have gained a lot of weight again and I’m not sure what to do how can I restart or should I wait for all my treatment and tests done Bcz I’m getting Iv infusion and getting some tests done and with that all I’m unable to control my cravings and hunger honestly so If there are any suggestions or ideas how to restart and when , please do let me know It would be appreciated thanks

@Sana Arslan sorry to hear you’re unwell . I was diagnosed too with low iron but I now take liquid iron regularly and it has really helped Alhumdullilah. Taking supplements are so important too . Take it slow and slowly the results will show .

51 day breakfast 2 eggs and cucumber and tea Lunch 1 slice bread and salan Black coffe Dinner besan roti salad and salan After dinner black coffe 52 pre breakfast walk Breakfast omelette tamato and 1 scope bread and tea Lunch 2 boil eggs black coffee and thori c mong dal khichri 1 khajoor Dinner chicken and veg pasta and salad

Breakfast 2 eggs 1 slice Lunch 10 spoon biryani Lunch Black Chaney 1 roti Steps 29k Workout 40 min cardio+strength training Friday is a rest and reset day....n yes I did cheating too by eating ice cream
