Assalam walakum everyone . @Hadia Saif i won’t be able to post any workout this weekend , my symptoms of irregular heartbeat have started again after about 1.5 years .i had an incident today … a scary one but am fine . Alhumdulilah . Am being put on a holter machine tomorrow . So I will see how am feeling on Monday. 😕 that am unable to do the glow challenge continuously. But I’ll do as much as I can .

Glow challenge day 7
🌟 My 3 Biggest Wins: 1. I stayed consistent with my workouts and showed up for myself. 2. I made healthier food choices and became more mindful of what I eat. 3. I stepped outside my comfort zone and proved that I can do hard things. I upped my weights to heavier now and am happy about this too . 4. 🚧 My Biggest Challenge: Staying motivated on days when I felt tired or wanted to make excuses. Learning to stay disciplined has been my biggest lesson. 🎯 My 3 Commitments for Week 2: 1. Continue exercising consistently and give my best effort. 2. Stay on track with my nutrition and protein goals. 3. Believe in myself more and stop letting fear or self-doubt hold me back. 4. 💙 One Habit I’ll Never Give Up: Taking care of my health and choosing progress over perfection, one day at a time.

Day 6 Glow challenge ( yesterday )
Reflection: If I stopped letting fear or excuses make my decisions, I think my life would be healthier, more confident, and full of opportunities. I would take more chances, trust myself more, and keep working toward my goals instead of doubting myself. Every small step outside my comfort zone helps me become stronger, both physically and mentally. Check-In: 🎯 My Comfort Zone Challenge: Completed my workout at the gym and pushed myself to stay consistent even when I didn’t feel like it. 💪 Why It Was Difficult: Some days I feel tired or unmotivated, and it’s easy to make excuses. Showing up and giving my best took discipline. ✨ How I Feel After Completing It: I feel proud, stronger, and more confident. I’m proving to myself that I can stay committed to my goals. 📚 One Lesson I Learned: Progress comes from consistency, not perfection. Every time I choose action over excuses, I become a stronger version of myself.
