I cooked healthy food for my family 5 days this week. 2. I walked for 20 minutes every morning before kids woke up. 3. I cleaned one cupboard each day. Now my kitchen looks neat. ๐Ÿšง *My Biggest Challenge:* Finding time for myself. Kids and house work kept me busy. I felt tired at night. ๐ŸŽฏ *My 3 Commitments for Week 2:* 1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. 2. Sleep at 11 PM so I have more energy. 3. Take 10 minutes to read or sit quietly after lunch. ๐Ÿ’™ *One Habit I'll Never Give Up:* Making breakfast for my family. It starts our day with love.
