They wanted some handouts to present to some of their partners, so I made these in canva. Not sure if they are helpful for others. you can use the magic eraser in Canva and take off my stuff and make a text box to put in your info.

Hey all. Nothing super exciting to share, more just reaffirming to keep taking those small steps each day. So far, I've completed my gator courses, safety and under writing semesters, got a website, forms, joined several Facebook RE groups, broadened my network, made connections with active wholesalers, built my own CRM, got an LLC, and even looking into getting my first rental. None of this happened instantly, but with small steps every day (or sometimes once a week if I'm honest). It's difficult to find time to fit in building a business, but we can't expect life to change if we do the same things we have always been doing. Have faith that it will happen for you and persevere. I had already started building a list of people in real estate and have actually reached out to and had conversations with about 75% of them. However, I have been embarrassed about letting my friends and family know what I was up to. I've had quite a few "failed" ventures in the past (that's probably how they would see it), and I was hesitant to speak about any new business before it was successful. But I bit the bullet and created a friends/family list. If they mention my updated FB bio, I'm going to say that this will be my new post-retirement career. Hey, whatever helps me to forge ahead, lol.
