30 days for first position funds
I have someone who needs 70k to 200k range max , for 30 days only , my borrower buys her deals outright then sell it , and she sticks within 30 days only …
I don’t mind getting HUDs from deals she successfully closed in the past 3 to 6 months..
I would love to see who would want to hop on a call and connect with her when it comes to her strategy, she say she doesn’t mind high interest but anything is possible.
The lender will be first position.
