Two thoughts from today's long run
Accountability and what long runs tell you. We got another healthy dump of snow overnight, and I really, really didn't want to go get my run in at the gym. But since I had publicly told you all that I was running long today, I had to do it😆. Also, I always figure out what I need to strengthen when I run longer than my typical workout. Today, I learned that I need to get back on strengthening glute medius muscles; they got tired first. There's always something!
