Run and walk
It’s cold out. The wind chills me to the bones but I got a 4 1/4 mile run and a 2 mile walk home. Have a great day ya all!

New PR at 63
I usually spend Thanksgiving morning, running to the top of currahee mountain where servicemen would train to get qualified for the airborne to go to D-Day. And he’s just a good time for me to think about them all today. My old fastest time was. I:07:30 today without trying 1:04:47. Shocked, surprised

@Herb Reeves thank you. I’m working on it but I’ll have a set back here soon. I’ll be out of running for 2 months. Back at it the end of February.

I came back to running after 4 years off and did my first marathon. I’ve found the enjoyment of running once again and hope for many of years of it.
