The doc released me this morning to run again and winter decided to show up in MT. I knew it would as soon as I was released 😂 I did a 5k run followed by a 2 mile walk. My heart and lungs definitely felt it. Have a great night 💞
After a month of 3X a week strength training, I've gained 1.5 pounds of lean muscle mass. Due to my ongoing vertigo issues, I'm just using the machines at the gym instead of free weights, but it is working! How's your strength training going!
