Walk Breaks
Hey Gang! The last four years or so, I've gotten in the habit of taking 90 second walk breaks every two to four miles of my runs. Is that something you all do as well?

Low heart rate run
At least once a week I love running longer runs with controlled low heart rate on a treadmill. It is easier for me to control it indoor then outdoor, where it keeps jumping around, usually higher then I want it to. How do you guys manage to keep a low heart rate when running outdoor, beside walking?

Guess the best option is to mix running shoes. Using "normal", cushioned and functional shoes, mixed for terrains and distances might be the best.
