What's your optimal weekly run mileage?
I'm interested in what is your optimal weekly run mileage? I'm not talking about race specific training, more like if you are a beginer or recreational runner, what weekly mileage you'd like to be able to comfortably do week after week. And if you are a competitive runner, the weekly mileage you like to hit in your base training phase. Please select below!

Pineapple Express!
Normally, today would be a ski day here in the PNW, instead we’re having a Pineapple Express rain storm, direct from Hawaii with warm rain melting the snow at our ski areas. Might be a couple more weeks before they open. At least we still have running in the rain!🌧️

Enjoyed my run today but HR was up. I'm guessing two cream filled donuts and a pot of coffee isn't quite the fuel recommended by experts, haha!!!
