Today completed the 15km part of the army run. My 5k was 27.31 and my 10k was 57.01. Super happy with this!

I got off a check-in call with my client, and couldn’t stop smiling…⁣ ⁣ She told me - β€œI’m down 20 pounds and 4 inches off my waist and hips… I can finally see my collarbones again!” ⁣ But ladies, this didn’t happen overnight.⁣ ⁣ When she started the FitnHealthy Forever Program, she was struggling with low energy, late-night cravings, and a body that just wouldn’t respond - no matter how β€œclean” she ate.⁣ ⁣ So we started by working with her body instead of against it.⁣ ⁣ She dialed in her protein-first meals, prioritized sleep, added morning sunlight, and committed to daily movement, plus many other things that were for HER body and that fit HER lifestyle. ⁣ Contrary to common belief…⁣ ⁣ She didn’t do anything extreme.⁣ ⁣ No starvation. Today I noticed we reached 180 subscribers on YouTube!⁣
