👉 Motivation is NOT what makes the difference.
In my experience, motivation naturally comes and goes. It’s fleeting. You can’t rely on it for long-term results. Every successful woman I’ve helped created a system and environment where she didn’t have to rely on motivation. That’s how weight loss becomes the path of least resistance.
The good news? Sustainable weight loss actually has to be EASY.
And the first key is this: Getting clear on your why!
