I find this very interesting as to how this watch can track my sleep. More importantly it’s not the recording itself, it’s how I feel when I get up. I am feeling more rested. Last night I was awake for BR time and a bit of pain in my arm. But I managed. No nsaids used. Just evening supplements that Antonio has set up for me. How are others doing. I hope your sleep is improving. Initially when I started the program it wasn’t good at all. I believe it’s a combo of meal plan, supplements and patience.
