EVERYONE please make a comment on this post answering; it doesn't have to be perfect. It can be short or long, just do it for the mental exercise:
  1. INNER NARRATIVE BUILDING: What are the themes for your 2026? What personal lessons do you need to make sure you hold in your mind every day? Or purposes you see for this year?
2. TANGIBLE TARGETS IN SIGHT: What are 1-3 biggest goals for next year? So that if nothing else happened, you would be overjoyed if you hit even just these 1-3 goals. Please be ambitious and aim higher than you think you can achieve. Being “realistic” is limited by what you can perceive as real before you’ve achieved something; so its okay to sound a bit braggadocious or delusional here; I will help you identify where many goals are actually achievable or not.
3. IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT/ AUDITING YOUR DEFAULT BEHAVIOURS: Reflect on this year; what habits from 2025 do you want to minimize in 2026? Think deeply on this and audit your behaviours from this year.Did you spend too much time on your phone? Did you spend too many nights where you and a partner just defaulted watched tv after work instead of doing something more meaningful? (even if that meaningful thing IS watching TV together more intently)
4. PREVENTION OF HIGHEST ERRORS/ RESHAPING SELF-DESTRUCTIVE COPING HABITS: What were your worst CHOICES this year and what lead to them? Even if they only happened once or twice; you need to identify the behaviours that won’t be included in your standards for 2026 if you want to prevent yourself from repeating them. Did you binge on foods after some emotional stressors? Did you drink too much one time at a party? Did you miss deadlines or punctuality because you were distracted or behind on things? Even if you don’t know WHY you made these errors; just list them. What were your biggest types of errors? Even if they were one-off scenarios; those behaviours still happened. Meaning there was some psychological or physiological driver for them which we can amend at the root.
  1. STRUCTURING YOUR PERSONAL ADVANCEMENT; GIVING YOURSELF A SOFTWARE UPDATE; WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN ABOUT MOST IN 2026? You’re going to spend another year accumulating another 365 days worth information; even if you think you won’t remember it; your subconscious will on some level; you may as well have some pre-emptive deliberation about what goes into your mind. Do you want to learn more about the goals you're pursuing already? Do you want to learn about something else entirely? Your brain retaining information is inevitable; you have to recognize that you have agency here to pick EXACTLY what you want to spend some time in 2026 learning about.
6. What distractions enter your mind daily that you don’t need ? Excess phone notifications? Friendships that don't serve you or anyone else? Projects you don’t need to continue giving energy to?
7. IDENTIFICATION OF AND REMOVING INNER RESISTANCE: What do you think is the biggest thing holding you back from achieving the CONSISTENCY you desire / results you desire / life you desire? Accountability? Not knowing how to achieve that consistency? Unclear knowledge of what will actually make you feel happy & fulfilled?
8. DEFINING CERTAINTIES IN YOUR TIME: WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT GENERAL SCHEDULE?/ WHERE DO YOU HAVE CERTAINTIES ABOUT YOUR TIME IN EVERY SINGLE WEEK? Mon-Friday 8am-5pm? Saturday date nights? Tuesday classes? What is every SINGLE time certainty you have weekly & monthly that you can identify?
