Introduce yourself and share 1 thing you want to achieve before 2026.
Hey guys! This is the place to introduce yourself. This is a judgement free zone. We are all here because we want more, better, different. This is a place to share your story so we all can get to know each other, find similarities, differences, common hobbies, goals and dreams. Lets come together and help each other become our best and grow. I believe vulnerability is important and having men to confide in makes a difference. Lets make this our space to be those men for others and become a brotherhood who take on this world together. I will be posting about myself and i look forward to seeing what everyone says about themselves. Tell us: Where are you from? 1 cool fact about your childhood? How many kids you have? What you do for work? What is a dream you've always held onto? What are the biggest 2 barriers holding you back? Why you joined? 1 thing you want to accomplish in the next 4 months? I know those are a few questions and it might seem like a lot. It will be easy when you do it and it will help you get it out and allow others to learn more about you. I will have more questions for us to discuss later. Welcome!

THE COST OF A CRUMBLING TEMPLE
There is a specific kind of regret that hits a man on a Sunday afternoon. It’s the feeling of being "present" but having absolutely nothing left in the tank for the people who matter most. I lived in that regret for years. I was winning at work and losing at home because my physical body was failing me. I had forgotten that the body is a sacred Temple, not a vessel to be discarded once the money is made. My journey of intentional reconstruction started with the realization that I was a "Passenger" in my own health. I was reacting to stress with poor food and zero movement. To become the "Driver," I had to take 100% ownership of my vitality. I had to learn that Freedom is forged through the responsibility of self-care. It isn't handed to you. You earn it through the discipline of the daily lift and the courage to face the cold. We focus on efficiency because I know you are time-poor but skill-rich. You don't need a three-hour workout. You need the "Forged 30" protocol. You need high-intensity intervals that produce results in the time it takes to attend a useless meeting. You need nutrition that views food as fuel for the forge, prioritizing protein to support the muscle that drives your metabolism. Building the Temple also means mastering your biology. Simple acts like morning sunlight and cold showers aren't just trends. They are ancestral practices that regulate your rhythm and increase your mental resilience. When you step into a cold shower, you are practicing the "Resilience" part of our code. You are getting knocked down by the temperature and rising anyway. You are sharpening the steel. If you want to live the legacy, you have to be alive and capable to lead it. A leader who cannot control his own appetite or his own laziness cannot expect to lead a Kingdom of excellence. It starts with the promises you keep to yourself. It starts with the Temple. The Drill 1. Download a HIIT timer app and execute a 30-minute circuit of squats, push-ups, and planks. 2. Drink one gallon of water today to flush the system and maintain cognitive focus. 3. Commit to a "Digital Sunset." No screens 60 minutes before bed to protect your recovery and sleep quality.

4/16/26 morning

Mental fitness
After the "recent" setbacks, I've decided to return the "Right Thing, Right Now" book after only getting through 20 pages since January. The few pages or ead, I'll come back to it. Had my library add The Intentional Father and picked that up today. Sometimes, a change is needed for relevance of current times and need for direction compared to the consistency and commitment depending on the goal. After retrying to commit to even 5-10 pages per day (usually for bed) and failing, it came to reflection. What was distracting me? Being tired, other things on my mind, and still working through fighting for more time with my kids. So, what time I have, I want to be that best dad for them. Every version of best dad is different, but looking for that direction or other ideas I'm not aware of that works best for my kids. Rock the day guys!!
