Happy Valentines Day Gents.
It’s was my first overnight with my daughter (w/oit her mom here) Piper last night in 2 years. Woke up early and straightened up the aftermath of a tornado that came through each room in my apartment. lol. So grateful guys!!

So guys, Ive been pretty busy coming up with a parenting plan to present to my kids mom. I actually presented it to her and she responded with. “ I agree with everything.” Got court march 19th to finalize the plan. Sunday the 1st, was the first time in two years thst I had my daughter overnight. It was amazing and I’m getting her for celebrate recovery tonight! One happy daddy right now!

@Zachary Martin Ive spent the last two years filing and fighting and just maintaining a stable and safe environment for her to come home to. Consistency I think opened my Kids mom’s eyes. That and I told her I’ll keep taking her back to court Forever lol. Which I would bwcause I’ll fight for my daughter forever.

Making the choices to get the results
Hey fellas, Good evening. Just making a post about the choices I'm choosing tonight. It's something I haven't done in a while. I've chosen food, I've chosen to not be disciplined, and the results have been that I've gained weight over the last six months. I'm committed to something different, committed to living the life that I want. Sometimes you have to make choices that aren't as comfortable, and tonight I chose protein powder. I could eat dinner. I am hungry and didn't have anything this evening, and instead of eating a meal and pizza like I'm making for my son, I'm letting him eat the pizza, and I'm having a protein shake. It's the right choice, so it's a difference for me. I hope you guys are making the right choices for you. Keep up the good work, keep working on yourself, see that vision for the life you want to live, and go after it with all of your power and capabilities. You deserve everything you want and that you're willing to put in the effort towards. You want that body? Do the work, eat the right foods, it will pay off in the end. Thank you.

Ive been doing the same thing except eating healthier meals and portioned properly. Getting my diet in order prior to getting into the gym I think it’s important. Definitely fine tuning my routine and habits while challenging myself to try new foods and eat my veggies lol
