I accepted an offer for a full time position as a firefighter paramedic. After being let go from a hospital end of November, it will be nice getting stable income again. To supplement, I've been doing doordashing which has messed up my daily routine by not getting home until 1-2am. Firefighting is a job I once loved, but the departments I were on just beat you up and changed even the happiest people to salty and bitter attitudes. It's not everyday you get a second chance, so I'm excited for the opportunity. During this period, I still grew, learned, and joined this wonderful group to help not feel alone during my custody battle. I've continued to work on my stock trading and have introduced some friends to trading to help improve their financial lives. It allowed me my full extent of my time with my kids and not having to worry if I work on "my days". Looking forward to the onward, and ever-evolving, next chapters for myself, my kids, and my friends (new and old).
