Howdy! I’m Dion McNeeley.

I believe the average person can achieve financial freedom and make work optional in about 10 years, even from a difficult starting position.

I didn’t start investing until I was 40 and retired at 52 from a job I loved because I valued time more.

As a single parent, after my divorce, I discovered $89,000 in bad debt in my name I didn’t know existed.

I also lost two careers to downsizing: the Marine Corps after Desert Storm and law enforcement after the 2008 housing crash.

That’s when I decided to build my own pension by buying income producing assets.

Today I teach others how to do the same. This community is about making smart financial decisions so work becomes optional.
