I’ve been carnivore/ketovore for the past year and a half. I generally eat 2 meals a day within a 6hr window, at times one meal. I’ve done several 24hr to 48hr fasts. I can only really get into ketosis if I eat 3:1 fat to protein and limit dairy (I sure love heavy cream and cheese).
I’d really like to better understand my body and be able to get into ketosis more consistently. My blood glucose has always been high during the night with the dawn effect in the morning. I’d like to see if I’m able to move my eat window to earlier in the day with last meal at 3 to see if that will help lower those night time highs.
