On the keto continuum I am 6.5.
I fast weekly for 36 to 72 hours. But a few weeks ago, my 72 hour fast ended after 90 minutes, darnit! So there's that.) I struggle with snacking and I eat over 20 carbs per day.
Goals
- I want to end my eating window by 5PM although I don't know how I will get that done.
- Track better using chronometer
- Reduce carb intake to under 40gms. I know it is supposed to be less than 20gms. I gotta start somewhere, dammit.
- Eat discreet meals with little or no snacking.
