Wow! First day of our final week! Take today to rest and reflect on what you've gleaned from your time together. Read through the Sunday Fast instruction in my classroom, not forgetting to hit the next button as there are several pages.
You’ve walked faithfully through two full weeks and we want to pace ourselves through this Water Fast and final days.
We will discuss an "afterglow" support group facilitated by one or more of you and you can sync your MMH accounts to see each other's data! You are truly a wonderful class!
