Good Morning, DVT!

Today carries a mix of emotions, for me. There is completion, fulfillment, deep gratitude and sadness to name a few. We have walked through discipline, fasting, tears, breakthroughs, honesty, and courage! Now, we stand at the finish line together! This is not an ending but a beginning, a new identity, new self-worth, a commissioning to take Dr. Boz's message to your circle of influence!

You didn’t drift or disappear, you stayed and that

matters more than any number on a scale!

I am so grateful for each of you~your vulnerability, your perseverance, your trust. You let me be your coach, and that is something I never take lightly.

I feel honored to walk beside you, witness your growth and see chains breaking and new identity forming. I hope you see this was never just about food, it was about freedom. And freedom doesn’t end here. It begins here. I am excited to see what you all accomplish as the Tenscious Ten!
