Yesterday evening I went for a 8km road run while my son was at guitar lesson. I was loving running in the cold, seeing my breath…ramped up the pace and boom. Tweaked my calf with 1km to go. Spent the next km on a mantra of saying “my calf is strong”. I felt like an absolute knob but It actually helped ease the pain and got me home. This morning while training a client we finished with 5min breath flow- such a good way to finish a strength session.
