Positive self talk and after just watching your most recent mini presentation - about how certain thoughts and beliefs are ingrained since childhood and needing to change them - eg your educational thoughts impacting not going to uni etc… Practices on how to go about identifying and rewiring? Doing quite a lot of research myself into nutrition and impact on health and how the western world misses so much - fascinating

Mouth tape yay or ney
Also, thoughts on mouth tape at night? If you know you sleep with your mouth wide open and wake up with a dry mouth? Iv tried a few times before but somehow I tend to unconsciously rip it off as it ends up on the floor… 🙈
