question for " I'm doing right or wrong"
How many times a running we should do to improve?
currently, I'm doing 6 mph for 5 min
then 3 rounds of 3 min with 10 mph and 10 incline adjusted.
but I'm still not able to maintain it for all 3 rounds,
is this good or I should change with sth else
