How do you manage being a father, Professional, fighter, husband, and coach all at the same time what’s the perfect balance to all of that I’ve been, still figuring it out for almost 8 years in a relationship 5 years as a coach, and 6 as a father?
@Dermot McGrath this was very helpful like you were saying sometimes i sell myself short just to sell a PT session and my time slots are all over the place with clients when i do have time I really try to take advantage of the time i have with my son because i know i wont ever get that back.
