5 days out competing in a relay race 6 mile distance run for me 5 athletes on a team I’ll be finishing the race I’m the last one. July 11th I’ll be competing in my 2nd pro boxing fight in cali Dynamic mobility: Glute Bridge ISO 2x20s • Banded Lateral Walks x12/side • Hip Flexor Stretch 30s/side • Hamstring Wall Slides x10 • Ankle Rocks x10 Tuesday • Box Jumps – 3x2 • Trap Bar Deadlift – 3x3 @ 65% • Split Squat – 2x5

How do you manage being a father, Professional, fighter, husband, and coach all at the same time what’s the perfect balance to all of that I’ve been, still figuring it out for almost 8 years in a relationship 5 years as a coach, and 6 as a father?

@Dermot McGrath this was very helpful like you were saying sometimes i sell myself short just to sell a PT session and my time slots are all over the place with clients when i do have time I really try to take advantage of the time i have with my son because i know i wont ever get that back.
