Iβll be missing this Saturdayβs F45 Training class (hello hair appointment ππ»ββοΈ), so I decided to make it up early with a cardio day todayβand YES, Coach Amber was coaching π (my favorite, she always knows how to push me).
Workout Format:

π Reality checkβ¦ I hit 100 meters And you know what? Coach Amber said: βGood job, close enoughβIβll take it.β π―
I havenβt done cardio like this in a whileβ¦ and I definitely felt it. Also went in fasted (wasnβt hungry), but halfway through I was likeβ¦ yeahhh, some fuel wouldβve helped me push a bit more π₯΄
Takeaway: Cardio hits different when youβve been strength-focusedβand fueling matters more than we think.
