Time to live like it.
I always tell everyone that I can eat anything I want during my fitness journey.
But today I realized it’s not really how I treat myself. My husband brought home a mama burger with fries today and said now I just need to enter it into my app.
I started crying. 😭
I had all my meal for the day planned out and I was leaving room so I could have some treats later and he was just messing up my plan.
I was so mad. 😡
I said ok whatever I’m just going to enter the stupid thing and move other stuff around.
I kept some treat because I knew I would want it later.
I rewrote an entire meal like 4 times.
But I made it work in my budget.
Mama burger with no bun. Used romaine lettuce instead.
Added 75g of fries. 🍟
After that I altered some stuff for diner and moved some other things to have tomorrow instead.
It’s not the end of the world but at that moment it sure felt like it to me.
