This week tested me a bit.
With everything going on with my daughter, I found myself battling stress eating and honestly feeling in that βwhateverβ mindset with tracking. Not because I donβt careβ¦ but because mentally, I just felt overwhelmed.
I reached out to my coach and he gave me two options:

2οΈβ£ Donβt track, but fully commit to my approved meals and keep things simple
And it made me pause and realizeβ¦
