Already got my “mom on a mission” shoes on 👟😂 and I’m ready to unlearn the all-or-nothing dieting mindset and relearn what actually works: protein, steps, strength, recovery + consistency.
Doing this for me—so I can be the healthiest version of myself for my two kiddos 💙🩷 (see the kids below with Santa 🎅)… and because I’m determined to hit 40 feeling STRONG (and playing pickleball well into my 80s 🏓😤).
