Sharing: My “Boring Meals” That Keep Me Consistent 💪
People always ask what I eat before and after my workouts.
Truth is… most days it’s nothing fancy. 😂
These are my go-to meals because they’re quick, easy, and I don’t have to think.
🏋️ Pre-Workout Options
🍌 Rice cakes + banana + honey
🥣 Protein cereal + Fairlife protein milk
Simple carbs for energy without feeling too full before training.
💪 Post-Workout
🍓 Greek yogurt
🫐 Fresh blueberries
🍓 Fresh strawberries
🤍 A little whipped cream
🍪 ONE BTS Oreo cookie (because balance 😉)
The protein helps with recovery, the fruit adds carbs to replenish energy, and yes… I still make room for a cookie.
If I finish a harder workout and I’m still hungry, I’ll add:
🥚 Steamed egg whites + chicken sausage for an extra protein boost.
The meals that help you reach your goals aren’t always exciting. Sometimes the “boring meals” are the ones that make consistency easy.
✨ Progress doesn’t come from eating perfectly. It comes from having meals you can repeat over and over again.
