Question
If muscle growth happens when you're close to failure, and if today is a day I planned to lift but the minor shit-show that has been my life the last few days has me feeling mentally and physically exhausted, would lifting but decreasing the weights still be beneficial or would I just be further wearing myself out with little physical benefit? Is anything still better than nothing when it comes to weight lifting?
I'm so stressed rn.
