A few months ago, I could usually only manage around 30 minutes of tennis before I was ready to stop.
Yesterday, I played for 2 HOURS... after already going to the gym this morning, where I hit 5 new personal bests (PRs)! 🔥 Then I finished with 30 minutes walking on the treadmill on an incline.
The biggest difference isn't just the weight I've lost—it's the stamina, strength, and endurance I've built along the way.
Today I pushed my body further than I ever have before, and it proved it's capable of so much more than I ever gave it credit for.
Moments like this remind me that progress isn't just measured by the scales. It's measured by what your body can achieve, the limits you keep breaking, and the confidence you gain every time you refuse to give up.
Fast forward to today... I can barely move! 😂 Every muscle is reminding me of yesterday's achievements, so today is all about recovery. Recovery isn't a setback—it's part of getting stronger. 💚
Keep showing up. Keep pushing yourself. You never know what you're capable of until you give yourself the chance to find out. ✨
