Protein snack😁
I love nonfat Greek yogurt as a protein boost, but eating it plain is not the way. Most of the time I add 1/3 cup granola with fiber, but some days I don't want the carbs/sugar involved in that. Today I used this hack someone taught me years ago. Add soup mix (vegetable or onion works well too) to plain Greek yogurt and it makes a delicious veggie dip!😁
