Program 2
I'm going with program 2. I was lifting every other day before vacation and that felt really good. I want to get back into it so badly, but I'm still dealing with this upper respiratory junk and feeling off. Tried yesterday and ended up stopping after my first exercises because I felt rough. Looking forward to starting this once I'm feeling better!!
