You ever finish a workout and you're like HOLY CRAP THAT SUCKED
That is me. Right now.
We ended up in the car for about 6 hours today running an errand for my parents, and when we got home this evening I still needed to do my strength training. A version of myself from not long ago would have taken a mulligan on the day and said screw it, but today's me said, "self, you've got this."
Well, self didn't have this. I did it, but now I am a wibbly wobbly blob of nausea and a touch of anxiety. I'm trying to decide if my body is saying wtf have you done and I should have probably skipped today, or if I should be proud of myself for pushing through the suck, eat some waffles and move on with my life.
