The kids had off school because of snow today for the 837th time this year, and my house became a tornado of preteen hormone-induced rage, middle child ADHD, and a five year old's FOMO which is so intense that I'm pretty certain she would follow me off a cliff just to feel included. Add to that my own flavor of neurodivergence and we have ourselves a mental healthcare facility without the healthcare.

These are the days when it's extra important mommy has a healthy outlet.
