This morning I was in a proper slumpβ¦ low energy, no motivation, everything in me saying βskip it.β
But I stuck to my routine and went to the gym at my usual quiet time anyway.
I didnβt expect much at allβ¦ but I walked out with 6 PBs π€―
And the craziest part? I had more energy leaving than when I went in β honestly felt like I couldβve kept going.
Sometimes itβs not about feeling ready. Itβs about showing up anyway and letting the action create the energy.

Donβt let your mood make your decisions β discipline will take you places motivation never will π₯
