✨ June...what a month! ✨
Sometimes I get so caught up chasing the next goal that I forget to look back at how far I've come.
So here's to June...🥹 and in true Usra style fashionably late 😅
💚 New low weight.
📏 More centimetres lost.
💪 New workout phase (that I was convinced I'd hate...I didn't 😂).
🏋️‍♀️ Conquered the Smith machine.
🦵 Survived Bulgarian split squats
🏊‍♀️ Fell back in love with swimming.
🎾 Played tennis with my family for 30 minutes straight (never been able to do that!)
🥩 Stayed consistent with protein and nutrition.
📱 Tracked every meal.
👟 Kept moving, even when I REALLY didn't want to.
🧘‍♀️ Mobility, steps and habits all stayed on track.
But my biggest win?.....
My mindset.
I've stopped waiting to feel motivated and started showing up anyway.
I'm slowly learning that consistency beats perfection every single time.
✨ My motto: "Show up. Stay consistent. Trust the process." ✨
Here's to becoming stronger...physically, mentally and emotionally.
