I woke up this morning and after two increased weight in, probably from carbs, I want to skip the potluck.
I want to wear baggy clothes, hardly eat anything, never sit down and walk all the time.
I figure I under estimated my calories and ate way too much.
And I couldn’t walk my 14000 steps because of my fork injury.
My mind is driving me nuts 🥜
I want to be new day normal but … !!!!
Anyways I have my breakfast planned but so far only had my pre workout portion.
High protein cookies and creams Cheerios with protein shake and my coffee.
I have a meal planned for lunch also but I might just skip it.
