Made with Costco rotisserie chicken breast and slow-cooked to perfection, it’s perfect for hosting, grazing, and still feeling good come Monday.
🌶️ Ingredients
- 3 cups Costco rotisserie chicken breast, shredded (skin removed)
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s or similar)
- ½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings:
- Chopped green onions
- Light drizzle of extra buffalo sauce
🥣 Directions (Crock Pot)
- Add shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
- Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once everything is melted and combined, stir in shredded cheese.
- Cook an additional 10–15 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- Top with green onions if desired and keep warm for game time.
