Iβve had some huge milestones this past week, and as much as I always brush past them, I know I need to start acknowledging the progress.

Lost 10kg in 2 months

Finally got my protein up and stayed consistent with it β after the whole fiasco of not asking, then asking for help π

Hit the short-term weight goal I set for this month
β
Broke through so many personal barriers, including one I genuinely never thought Iβd be able to overcome β which meant stepping out of my comfort zone again and again
β
Learned to see different perspectives, reflect, and respond through action instead of reaction
And the biggest win? Doing all of this while managing a busy work schedule.
